Dr. Ongeti is an esteemed academician, strategic thinker, and seasoned manager with over 15 years of high-level leadership experience. Prior to joining KENAS, he served as a judicial officer with expertise in alternative justice systems and dispute resolution. His career spans the public and private sectors, with significant contributions to strategy, governance, research, and policy, notably within Kenya’s education and sports ministries. He is a Ph.D. holder in Business Administration, specializing in strategic management and corporate governance from the University of Nairobi, and has an MBA and a Bachelor of Education. Dr. Ongeti is an active member of several professional organizations and is passionate about transformation and fostering excellence.
