Carole Kariuki is a transformative leader with over 19 years of experience in stakeholder management and strategic leadership. As CEO of KEPSA, she has elevated the organization’s influence both locally and internationally. Her background includes roles at Barclays Bank of Kenya, Nairobi Chapel, and Sagamore Institute for Public Policy Research, highlighting her expertise in strategic leadership. Carole’s work in public-private dialogue and economic development has earned her prestigious awards, including the Elder of the Order of the Burning Spear. She also serves on several boards, including Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Board and the Nairobi Securities Exchange. Kariuki holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and an MPA from Bowling Green State University.
