Kevin K. Tuei is an educator, researcher, and technology strategist specializing in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. He serves as the Director of Open, Distance & e-Learning (ODeL) at Tharaka University, where he leads digital transformation initiatives, smart classroom integration, and AI-driven learning models. Kevin is also the CTO of Solavise Technologies Institute and the Coordinator of Tharaka University Computer Academy, which hosts major global tech academies including AWS, Cisco, Huawei, Oracle, e.t.c. 

Passionate about youth empowerment and digital skills, he has spearheaded programs that have trained over 600 learners in cloud and cybersecurity. His current research focuses on AI-based threat detection and multi-modal intelligence systems, and he is an active contributor to tech communities across Africa, advocating for innovation that addresses local challenges and drives sustainable development.
